Can I order without using a credit card?
Yes, Paypal is available or you can click on the order form button at the left or click here. Complete
the form and mail the order, paying by personal check or money order.
Can others online view my credit card information?
No, we use Paypal, which is one of the most secure sites for credit card processing.
When will I receive my order?
All standard orders are shipped within 7 to 10 calendar days from the date the order is placed. All
custom and special order items are quoted on a individual basis. You will receive a confirming email
when your order ships and delivery can be expected within 3 to 5 business days via UPS ground.
Can I get faster delivery?
Yes, UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2-Day Air are available for an additional charge. Shipping upgrades
require the recipient’s daytime phone number.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the merchandise and shipping distance from Classic
Auto Gear's facility.
What if my package is damaged in shipping?
Contact UPS immediately.

I don't see my car's logo on the site. Why isn't it available?
We selected the most popular logo's and emblems. If there is a particular logo or emblem that you
are interested in, give us a call or email us. We would be happy to explore the possibility of adding it
to our site.
Why can't I get my favorite logo on a hat?
Some logo's or emblems work well on hats and others do not. We will not compromise quality, so we
decided to limit the hat logo's to those that work very well.
